LastWerk Strapping Dispenser Trolley: strapping directly at the packing station

One strap reel, a fixed place for packing accessories and short distances when strapping: the LastWerk dispenser trolley combines a reel holder, strap brake and storage tray in a mobile metal frame. This keeps strapping available wherever cartons are prepared, goods are bundled or pallets are packed.

The right holder for your strap reel

The trolley is designed for reels with a core inner diameter of 203 mm or 20.3 cm. Two metal discs at the sides and the central fixing hold the reel in place. What matters is the opening in the reel core, not the outer diameter of the wound strap reel.

Please note: suitable only for 20.3 cm cores. Check your reel's core size before purchasing.

Pull off strapping in a controlled manner

The side strap brake with spring mechanism prevents the reel from overrunning. When pulling off the strap, it supports controlled dispensing and helps reduce unnecessary unwound strapping at the workstation. It is operated manually.

Tools and seals in the same place

The open storage tray above the reel holder provides space for the accessories needed for strapping. Tensioners and sealing materials can therefore be kept directly on the trolley. The wide handle remains accessible above the tray.

Move between packing stations

The two wheels allow the trolley to be moved to the next packing station. The black metal frame with support bar connects the reel holder to the chassis. A practical addition for warehouses, dispatch areas and workshops with changing packing tasks.
